1. Minimum 8 to 10 Years

1. Acts as the Business and Operational Head for the North Branch 
   
2. Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the branch 
   
3. Develop and implement sales and profitability plans according to account management principles that ensure the development and maintenance of account plans 
   
4. Prepare and submit budgets, progress reports and Periodic sales reports (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual) for the North Branch. 
   
5. Monitor Branch Sales against assigned targets. 
   
6. Perform Relationship Management with customers in the North Region. 
   
7. Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each team member 
   
8. Assist the Country Manager in developing branch and organizational objectives, and also in formulating policies and budgets 
   
9. Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly 
   
10. Participate actively in business and industry events

Proficiency in CRM /ERP
Experience of working on a similar role within a technology company
